Terms of Service

Article 1 [Purpose

Article 3 Report of declared value of goods

3-1. The customer must report the value of the parcel. It cannot exceed 500,000 won per case.
3-2. When different from actual contents, it can be opened and inspected in the presence of a third party.
3-3.Pay in advance.
3-4. VAT is collected.
Article 4 Limitations on Volume and Capacity



The sum of width x length x height of the courier cannot exceed 100cm and the weight cannot exceed 3kg.



Article 5 Restrictions on Acceptance

Article 6 Refusal of Acceptance and Disposition of Non-Deliverable Courier

6-1. In case of delay in takeover, additional costs shall be borne by the customer. When it is judged that it cannot wait, it may be disposed of and disposed of without notice.
6-2. When the customer refuses to return or it is determined that the customer's request cannot be complied with, the customer and the recipient may be notified and part of the parcel may be discarded.
Article 7 Liability of the company

7-1. The company does not take responsibility for damage or loss of the courier unless it is proven that it is intentional or negligent on the part of the company.
7-2. The customer must ensure that the courier package is securely packed. Precautions must be written or attached to the delivery box.
Article 8 Customer's liability and notice period of damage occurrence

8-1. If the company suffers damages due to the customer's negligence or intentional failure to comply with the terms and conditions, the customer must compensate for the damage.
8-2. Damage occurrence notification period Within one day from the date of delivery.
Article 9 Jurisdiction Court

Disputes between the company and the customer shall be the competent court.



Article 10 Enforcement of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are effective from April 21, 2021.

제1조 목적

HomeClean - 빠르고 번개처럼 서비스 제공

에 적용 되는 이용고객 과 운송 계약 및 책임의 함께 규정을 목적으로 한다. 

 

제 2조 인수증 작성

• 배송메세지 - 아래와 같이 기입한다.
• 1.보내는 지하철역 이름 
• 2.배송일자  
• 3.물품내역 - 
• 택배의 포장은 충분하게 튼튼하게 포장이 되어 있어야 한다. 주의 사항을 작성이 택배박스에 작성 또는 부착이 되어 있어야 한다. 

제3조 물품신고가액의 신고

• 3-1.고객은 택배의 물품가액을 신고하여야 한다. 한 건당 500,000원 초과할 수 없다.
• 3-2.실재내용물과 상이할 때 제3자의 입회 하에 개봉하여 검사할 수 있다. 
• 3-3.선불로 지불한다.
• 3-4.부가가치세 징수한다.

제4조 용적 및 용량의 제한

 

택배의 가로x 세로 x 높이 합이 100cm 이내, 무게 3kg 초과할 수 없다.

 

제5조  접수 제한

• 5-1. 파손하기 쉬운 물품,
• 5-2.발화성 및 의학품, 화공약품
• 5-3.현금 및 유가증권
• 5-4.고가귀금속 고가 골동품
• 5-5. 부패성 물품
• 5-6. 지하철택배로 부적당한 인정되는 물품
• 5-7, 법규 및 정부의 지침에 운송 금지 물품
• 5-8.지하철 승객에게 비해가 염려되는 물품

 

제6조 인수 거절 및 인도불능택배의 처분

• 6-1.인수의 지체 경우 추가비용발생은 고객 부담한다. 기다릴 수 없다고 판단될 때 예고없이 처분 및 폐기할 수 있다. 
• 6-2.고객이 반송 거절 및 고객의 요구에 따를 수 없다고 판단될 때 고객 및 받는 분에게 통보하고 택배를 일부를 폐기처분할 수 있다.

제7조  회사의 책임

• 7-1.택배의 손상, 분실 등에 대해서 회사의 고의 또는 과실에 의한 것으로 입증되지 않는 한 회사는 그  책임을 지지 않는다. 
• 7-2.고객은 택배포장은 튼튼하게 포장이 되어 있어야 한다. 주의 사항을 작성이 택배박스에 작성 또는 부착이 되어 있어야 한다. 

제8조  고객의 배상책임 및 손해발생 통보 기간

• 8-1.고객의 과실 및 고의 인해 약관 준수하지 않음으로 회사에 손해를 입은 경우 고객이 그 손해를 배생하여야 한다.
• 8-2. 손해발생 통보 기간 인도일로 부터 1일 이내 한다.  

제9조 관할 법원

회사와 고객간의 분재이 관할 법원으로 한다. 

 

제10조 약관의 시행

본 약관은 2021년 4월21일부터 시행한다. 

 

제11조 (개인위치정보 처리목적 및 보유기간)

위치 서비스 이용약관에서 정한 목적 범위 내에서 개인위치정보를 이용·제공하며, 서비스 이행 및 고객불만 응대를 위해 최대 12개월간 보유합니다.

 

제12조 (확인자료의 보유근거 및 보유기간)

위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 개인위치정보 이용·제공사실 확인자료를 자동으로 기록·보존하며, 해당 자료는 12개월간 보관합니다.

 

제13조 (파기 절차 및 방법)

회원탈퇴 등 처리목적이 달성되거나 보유기간이 경과하면 복구 및 재생이 불가능하도록 지체없이 파기합니다.

 

제14조 (제3자 제공에 관한 사항)

개인위치정보주체의 사전 동의 없이 위치정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 개인위치정보주체가 직접 동의를 한 경우, 그리고 관련 법령에 의거해 제출 의무가 발생한 경우, 이용자의 생명이나 안전에 급박한 위험이 확인되어 이를 해소하기 위한 경우에 한하여 개인위치정보를 제공합니다.

 

제15조(개인위치정보 관리·보호 책임자)

국립공원공단은 개인위치정보를 적절히 관리·보호하고, 이용자의 불만, 요청 등을 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 개인위치정보 관리·보호 책임자를 지정하여 운영하고 있습니다. 개인위치정보 관리·보호 책임자의 성명과 연락처는 아래와 같습니다.

 

제16조(위치정보의 취급·관리의 절차에 관한 사항))

회사가 제공하는 서비스(또는 사업)를 이용하시면서 발생한 모든 개인정보 보호 관련 문의, 불만처리, 피해구제 등에 관한 사항을 개인정보 보호책임자(위치정보 관리책임자) 및 고객지원센터로 문의하실 수 있으며, 우리택시는 이런 문의에 대해 지체 없이 답변 및 처리 할 것입니다.

제21조 관할 법원

• 14-1. 회사는 중개역할입니다.
• 14-1. 기사와 고객간의 분쟁이 관할 법원으로 한다. 

 

제 3 자에게 정보 공개

이 약관에 동의할지 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다.

그러나 동의하지 않거나 동의를 철회하면 당사가 귀하에게 제공 할 수있는 서비스가 제한 될 수 있습니다.

• -당사자 명 : 기사,  고객,
• -공개 정보 유형 : 전화번호, 이메일, 출발지, 도착지 정보,
• -이용 목적 : 콜,  배차시, 배정시, 이벤트 당점차, 분실물 발생시
• -이용 및 보관 기간 : 3 년
